RETURNS POLICY
 

All items purchased through Aegle Wellness Center have a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Returns will not be accepted if:

 the product is opened, tested or used;

 the product was purchased from outlets other than Aegle Wellness Center

 the original manufacturer’s packaging is damaged

 original copy of invoice and sales receipt are missing

 all original items are not included in the packaging
 

We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be reimbursed.

Currently, we do not accept exchanges.
 

Before returning the package you need to contact Aegle Wellness Center to secure a Return

Authorization Number.

When returning an item, please pack the goods securely, the same way they were shipped and

keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we will not be responsible if

the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. 
 

Also, please include your packing slip and receipt with your name, email, phone number, and

the reason for returning the product(s).
