Say, “Aegle”
MAY 19, 2017 BY SOPHISTICATED, THE SOSHAL NETWORK
It’s official. As of last month I am in my late 30s. And, as a testament to my advancing age and tita-ness, I have made a commitment to myself to take better care of my body, and particularly my skin.
I love the sun. I love to drink. I love to stay up late at night either partying or watching TV or banging out some paper or report. I love to eat. And as it turns out, all these things that I love contribute to damaging my skin.
The launching of Aegle’s natural and organic skin care line is like a sign from the gods… that it’s never too late to start treating the largest organ of our body the best way we can.
And now, I am totally in love with the Aegle Aesthetic Products that I’ve scored during the launch! Aegle is the exclusive distributor of Odacite, Goldfaden MD, and CBeauty. Each line has something unique to offer.

Odacite line uses the purest ingredients in creating powerful serums without a drop of synthetic chemicals. 18 different serums answer every skin care need. Used together with a base oil, alone as an intense treatment, or together to create the perfect blend for your skin; you can now create the perfect skin care regimen tailor fit to your needs.

Goldfaden MD on the other hand is the first physician strength, dermatologist-developed, natural skincare line in the industry. The highly efficacious, non-prescription skincare solutions utilize state-of-the-art technologies with active plant cells and antioxidant-rich botanicals. It’s basically non-invasive derma-procedures packed in bottles.
CBeauty is a locally developed and produced product that uses coconut oil, recognizing the latter’s natural healing properties. It is blended with various natural oils and essences to create this premium skincare line.
I got the Odacite Youthful Glow Serum (Ac + R) and the Combination Skin Serum (Pe + C), as well as the CBeauty Glow Facial Moisturizer for my facial maintenance treatment. In the morning, I use Glow as my base moisturizer (2 drops) and then add the Youthful Glow Serum (2 drops) + Combination Skin Serum (2 drops). For the evening, I use Glow (3 drops) and Combination Skin Serum (2 drops). The very helpful Aegle staff helped me pick out the serums based on what I wanted to happen to my skin. I have combination skin so I wanted to minimize my oiliness but not dry out my face therefore I got Pe + C. I also wanted to look radiant even with minimal to no make-up when I go out, so I got the Ac + R.

And can I just say, the effects are almost immediate! I really feel the difference and see it too! Yesterday, I barely put any foundation and no concealer at all when I went to class. It was great! My face wasn’t cakey or lumpy from make up despite of the heat. Ahlavet!! The prices may seem to be on the high side, but because you only really use a few drops at a time, sobrang sulit and is actually reasonable. You can check-out the price list at www.aegleaesthetics.com
I also got the CBeauty Universal Body Oil No. 5 which combines virgin coconut oil with Eucalyptus. I usually get itchies (because mosquitoes gravitate towards me and I also have a skin condition called nummular eczema) and eucalyptus oil is a natural way to soothe them.
