HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE THE

PAYMENT?

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders for delivery within Metro Manila generally take between three to five business

days, while orders for delivery outside Metro Manila take between five to ten business

days, upon payment verification.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders for delivery outside the Philippines take around fourteen business days to arrive,

depending on your country’s Customs policies.

 

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will

help to confirm the status of your order.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

ONLINE PAYMENTS

We accept locally and internationally issued Credit/ Debit cards through Paypal. Paypal

is the easiest and safest way to make payments online.

OFFLINE PAYMENTS

You can deposit to any Banco de Oro (BDO) branch, and email a clear copy of the

deposit slip to info@aeglewellnesscenter.com.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?

After you’ve selected your products and filled out your information during checkout, you

will be redirected to the Paypal website to complete your payment. Be sure to fill in

correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing, or create a new account

within minutes.

Once your order has been received and verified, we’ll take care of everything else for

you. All you have to do is wait for your package to arrive.

HOW MUCH IS THE HANDLING FEE?

The flat-rate handling fee is PHP 150 for domestic and PHP 1,400 for international

orders.

 

Please note that for international clients, import duties, taxes, and other charges are not

included in the handling fee. The customer will be responsible for any additional cost.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional

costs include.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?

Our official local courier is LBC, and DHL for international orders. As soon as your

orders have been shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the

shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY ERROR? (DAMAGED, WRONG,

OR LOST DELIVERY)

Here at Aegle Aesthetics we take such matters very seriously, and will look into

individual cases thoroughly. If any of your products got lost during delivery, arrived

damaged, or if you received the wrong products, we’re very sorry - please keep all

packaging, take photos of the damage, and send us an email at

info@aeglewellnesscenter.com and we will get back to you with instructions.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD AT AEGLE AESTHETICS SHOP?

We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal

and card information. Rest assured that all online orders are processed through a

secure checkout system provided by Paypal.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

We consider all of the information you share with us to be confidential. At no point will

Aegle Aesthetics share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
